Developed and contributed to the global design system -- Modes, and advocated for user-centered methods and collaborations across different projects and teams.
Worked on an B2B and B2C e-commerce project, created high-fidelity prototypes, and conducted usability tests to gather user insights, as well as ensured business needs.
